Medical history/ contraindication/ weight management (EMS)
In an anamnesis, data on the medical and life history, personality, problem areas, and social relationships of the individual are collected. The anamnesis can be obtained through an open conversation or specific questionnaires. Ideally, a combination of both methods is used. This allows the trainer to form an impression of the client, identify connections, and initiate suitable activities. In case of contraindications, no training should be conducted or only after medical clearance.
In this subject, you will also learn the technical basics of EMS training, including the history of EMS, its functioning, and the effects of EMS on speed strength and muscle performance. It will explain the frequency and types of current used for each muscle and how to achieve successful weight loss.
