After a brief insight into the theory of training planning, it's time to put it into practice. Based on a specific training goal, we will determine the training method and then gradually adapt the load norms (frequency, intensity, duration, etc.) to it.
Previous knowledge of training theory is recommended, as we can only briefly cover the theory.
