Alina Schnetzer, MSc.
Business Education, Health Fitness & Personal trainer

About Alina
I originally come from Vorarlberg, but I now live in Upper Austria. After graduating from high school, I studied Business Administration with a focus on International Management and Entrepreneurship in Liechtenstein. I then worked in marketing at a bank and an international company. In the end, however, I decided to do a Master's degree in Business Education in Innsbruck so that I could work both in business and as a teacher. I also trained as a certified health and fitness trainer at the Flexyfit sports academy so that I could also use my passion for sport to gain a professional foothold.
I now work as a fitness trainer and give group courses, among other things. I also work for the Federleicht project, which supports people with obesity and diabetes II. As I also work as an author in the artistic field, I offer a wide range of fitness courses, personal training, poetry and readings on my website.
I am also constantly in touch with my passion, sport, in my private life. I've been playing volleyball in clubs since I was 6 years old and I can't imagine winter or summer without mountains. Yoga and fitness (strength training) are also on my weekly schedule.
The best thing about my job as a fitness trainer is when people feel happy and tell me so. At the Federleicht project, one participant said after a few sessions: "Alina, I'm so happy and I'm having so much fun! I already feel much better and I have you to thank for that!" This in turn made me happy and I know that I'm on the right track with my job.
