Professional Personal Trainer practice sessions
To complete our training courses, a training log of 30 sessions per practical module must be kept.
These practical sessions serve to internalize and apply what you have learned from us so that you are optimally prepared as a fitness and personal trainer at the end of the training.
A practical session can either be your own training session, in which you repeat and deepen what you have learned in our course, or you can collect training experience from friends and acquaintances.
