About Melanie

Originally from the beautiful Carinthian countryside, I made the leap to Vienna in 2004 to pursue my passion for sport. I began my journey there as a qualified sports teacher and have since discovered the vibrant energy of the capital, which has kept me here.

After successfully completing my sports teacher training, I found my calling as a fitness personal trainer at the renowned Holmes Place. At the same time, I began to catch up on my A-levels and started my studies in sports science in 2007. I successfully completed this path in 2011 with my Bachelors degree.

Since 2011, I have been the proud director of the Flexyfit Sports Academy, where I combine my passion for sport and education and oversee the Academy for all regions.

I have achieved many successes in my sporting career. In 2012/2013, I won the title of Austrian stand-up paddling champion. Before that, I had proven myself in triathlon over sprint distances until 2012 as well as in various mountain bike races and in functional training. Between 2015 and 2019, I focused intensively on half marathons and achieved a target time of 1:33:51.

I am currently actively involved in the challenging Hyrox competitions, which are a fascinating combination of running and strength exercises.

My passion for sport, my professional expertise and my continuous sporting successes characterize my journey, and I look forward to sharing this enthusiasm with others and reaching new sporting heights together.
