My motto: "Move and do gymnastics from the cradle to the urn" My journey in the fitness industry began in 2017 with the fitness trainer B license and many other training courses. In 2019, I began my Bachelor of Arts in Health Management, which I completed in 2022. I am currently studying for a Master's degree in Prevention and Health Management. During my journey through the various areas, I am increasingly discovering the mental track and occupational health management as well as workplace health promotion. As relaxation is often neglected these days, it is important to me to contribute to more mental health and relaxation. My personal favorites include mental training, relaxation, mental coaching and fascia training, also known among friends as the "fascia uncle". Personally, as a Tyrolean, I naturally enjoy being out and about in the mountains, whether on foot, by MTB or on skis in winter. I am delighted to be able to pass on my knowledge and experience as a specialist lecturer.
