About Mareike
As a freelance yoga and Pilates teacher, relaxation trainer and systemic coach, I have been working in Berlin since 2017. My interdisciplinary work is characterized by my strength to think outside the box. "Holistic approach" is the keyword here. In origin, I am a studied event manager with a focus on conflict management. However, since the movement field has always appealed to me, I have completed numerous continuing education courses, which today lead me to be your speaker. I also have expertise in autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation and alternative healing methods.Since 2020 I live in Rostock and give different courses under the name "Santosha - Yoga, Pilates, Coaching". I am happy to accompany your further education, to help you to graduate and above all to put the icing on the cake.
