About Kristof

Sports, fitness and health are my great passions. For this reason, in the time between my high school graduation and my two studies of economics and sports science I have completed many trainings in this area - of course at the Flexyfit Sports Academy. I apply my knowledge in sports courses and personal trainings. In my free time I participate in running competitions as well as triathlons and thanks to yoga I find my center again.

My passion is to help people find their true calling and to shape them into excellent sports coaches. Thats why I teach at Flexyfit.
