Hi my name is Christian Schwabe. 33 years old, competitive athlete in the 2nd Bundesliga volleyball and already working as a trainer for over 10 years.
Since January 2020 I am an independent personal trainer and support ambitious people and athletes with their goals.
The basis for this is holistic training thanks to neuroathletics, functional training and mobility strength training. Of course, this also includes adapted nutritional counseling.
