100 hours of practical training as a wellness trainer
The internship serves to implement and apply the theoretical and practical skills learned in class and includes mandatory practical reflections.
The internship comprises 100 units and takes place alongside the training. After consultation with the training supervisor, the internship must be completed in facilities, particularly in the tourism and leisure industry. Part of the internship may also be completed with a test person.
It is the trainee's own responsibility to find suitable work placement locations/test persons.
The work placement must be documented in writing. Confirmation of its complete completion must be submitted by the internship provider.
Proof of work placement (documentation and confirmation) is a prerequisite for admission to the examination.
