As a sports scientist with a doctorate in the field of sports medicine, I see it as my lifes work to teach my knowledge in a practical and easy-to-understand way. I work as an independent sports scientist, lecturer at universities and as a mental coach. In addition to my specialties of Pilates and yoga, my focus is also on sports psychology/mental training. Both athletes and hobby athletes of all ages benefit from the use of sports psychology methods to achieve a more focused and concentrated performance. As a sports and nature enthusiast, I love being outdoors - whether snowboarding, hiking, running or swimming. In addition, as a passionate figure skater, I have experienced competitive sports myself and it is my passion to teach ice skating, roller skating or dance.
