Breathing TECHNIQUES to increase regeneration
How to increase your regeneration with breathing techniques
When we talk about regeneration, we often think of massages, saunas and getting enough sleep. These are just some of the many methods that help us to relax. However, correct breathing is always fundamental to efficient regeneration. In this webinar, we will look at the importance of breathing for our body and mental health. Breathing has a significant influence on hormone production and consequently on our state of mind and quality of life. Certain hormones, such as cortisol and adrenaline, play an important role here. What is the significance of these hormones and how can we regulate and optimize them?
In the theoretical part of the webinar we will address these questions and in the practical part of the webinar we will work on the techniques and execution of different breathing exercises and practice them on a trial basis. The aim is to generate a basic understanding of the importance of conscious breathwork and to get to know some breathing techniques. These are intended to provide an introduction to breathing work and will have a positive effect if practiced regularly.
The workshop is for anyone interested in the topics of breathing, recovery and stress reduction. It is suitable for trainers who have already completed a fitness trainer or personal trainer course, as well as for private individuals.
Participants will learn about various breathing techniques and how they can integrate these techniques into their everyday life. In addition to theoretical content, the webinar also offers many practical exercises so that participants can try out and experience the techniques directly.
