About Susanne

For me, sports are an important balance to my full-time job as a biomedical analyst in a research laboratory.

Windsurfing is one of my great passions, but I am also enthusiastic about other (water) sports. As a stand up paddle instructor I also teach the art of balancing on the board on the side.

For my next degree as a Group Fitness Instructor I will combine the fun of movement with strength, endurance and coordination.

My top priority is to keep body and mind fit, to motivate others to do so and to be open to new possibilities.
