What is the difference between Fitness Trainer A, B and C Licenses?

With the C-License you can optimize your own training and you get an impression of the world of fitness. The B-License is optimal for a professional entry into a new career in fitness. The Fitness Trainer A-License will set you apart professionally and offers more specialized and in-depth knowlege that goes beyond the fitness studio, but which can also be of use in rehabilitation and health institutions.

What does a fitness trainer do?

The areas of responsibility of fitness trainers vary depending on the level of training and employment relationship (employed or self-employed). Of course, the focus is always on fitness.
